There is a $35.00 round-trip delivery charge for each order to Nassau and Suffolk counties. Due to rising gas prices a gas surcharge may apply.

We need at least 48 hours notice to process any orders or changes in delivery or pick-up dates. We will try to honor last minute orders or changes, but cannot guarantee them. Please remember to place your order early to secure your rental items. We do not deliver on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

NY State sales tax will be applied to each order.

By submitting your order and using our equipment you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All rentals have a one(1) week minimum charge Memorial Day - October 1st.
• A $25 service fee for all returned checks.
• Renter is liable for any theft, loss, damage, destruction or permanent staining of equipment.
• All items MUST be ready for pick-up by 9a.m. on departure date. Extra trips will result in additional delivery fees.

Cancellation Policy: We charge your credit card 24-48 hours before delivery. If cancelled before delivery we can credit your credit card minus a $30 service fee. There are NO refunds on the day of delivery, after delivery or for early return of equipment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash. A credit card is required to hold the reservation. If paying by credit card, the card will be charged 48 hours prior to delivery. Checks may be accepted, however, payment must be received two weeks prior to delivery. Cash payments are due upon delivery.
